Effective date: November 7, 2026
Cibolo Refrigerator Pros provides refrigerator repair in Cibolo, Texas and the surrounding communities listed on our service areas page. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it to schedule and complete your repair, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can do the job with, and we do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
When you call or send a booking request, we collect the details needed to run the visit: your name, phone number, service address, and a description of the problem, including your refrigerator's brand and model number if you have them.
If you pay by card, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems. Our website may also collect basic technical data such as pages visited and device type through analytics tools.
How we use information
We use your information to schedule and route your service call, confirm appointments, diagnose and complete the repair, issue invoices, and honor the written parts-and-labor warranty on completed work.
We may call or text you about your appointment, arrival window, and the outcome of the visit. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies to keep the site working, remember basic preferences, and understand which pages visitors use. Cookies do not give us access to your refrigerator, your accounts, or files on your device.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may be less convenient.
Analytics and third-party tools
We may use privacy-respecting analytics and call-tracking tools to understand how homeowners find us and which services they ask about. These tools process data under their own privacy policies.
Where call tracking is used, calls may be recorded for quality and training. If a call is recorded, that fact is part of the tracking provider's standard notice practice.
Data sharing and disclosure
We share information only where it is needed to complete your repair — for example with the technician assigned to your visit or a parts supplier quoting a model-specific part — and only to the extent the job requires.
We may disclose information if required by law, a court order, or to protect the safety of our team and customers. We never sell personal information.
Data retention
We keep service records — visit dates, work performed, parts fitted, and warranty details — for as long as needed to support your warranty, meet tax and accounting obligations, and run the business responsibly.
When records are no longer needed, they are deleted or anonymized. You may ask us what information we hold about you at any time.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls on booking and invoicing systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your information has been mishandled, contact us using the details below and we will investigate promptly.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time. Appointment calls and texts about an active job will still be sent so we can complete your visit.
To exercise any of these rights, call us at (830) 555-0147 or email [email protected] and we will respond without unnecessary delay.
Children's privacy
Our services are booked by adults for their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page before they take effect.
